By accessing or using FitTracker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FitTracker is an AI-powered training session management platform for fitness trainers. The Service allows trainers to log client training sessions, parse notes into structured data using artificial intelligence, view metrics dashboards, and query training history through a chat interface.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may sign up using email/password or Google OAuth. One free trial account is permitted per device. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
New users receive a 2-week free trial with $1 in AI credits. After the trial expires, access is limited to 2 clients in view-only mode. Paid subscriptions cost $2/month and include $5 in AI credits on first payment. AI credits can be topped up at any time. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD and may change with notice.
Paid subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel at any time from your profile page. After cancellation, paid features remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. AI credit balances are non-refundable.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; upload malicious content or interfere with other users; resell or redistribute the Service without permission; create multiple free accounts to circumvent trial limitations.
You retain ownership of all training data and notes you submit. FitTracker processes your data solely to provide the Service (parsing, metrics, chat). Your data is isolated per account — no trainer can access another trainer's data. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the profile page.
The Service uses OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini to parse training notes and answer questions. AI outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing parsed data before saving. FitTracker does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and is not liable for decisions made based on it.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FitTracker does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitTracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service.
You may delete your account at any time. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data, including clients, sessions, exercises, transactions, and files. Active Stripe subscriptions will be automatically cancelled upon account deletion.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.
